By placing a pre-order with RXNICOTINE, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Pre-Order and Estimated Shipping Date

RXNICOTINE may list items for pre-order under various scenarios, including, but not limited to, situations where an item is out of stock, a new item is awaiting stock arrival, or for future inventory replenishments of items currently in stock. When you place a pre-order, you will be charged at the time of purchase. Your placing of a pre-order constitutes your express agreement to the charging of your provided payment method at such time.  The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered items will be displayed on or website.  Please note that this date is an estimate, and is not a guaranteed date of delivery or receipt.  The estimated delivery date is subject to change based on production, supplier availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation and refund

RXNICOTINE reserves the right to cancel all delayed pre-orders at any point in time (a “Discretionary Cancellation”).  In the event of a canceled pre-order, a full refund will be made by RXNICOTINE to your original payment method.

Shipping Delays

RXNICOTINE reserves the right to cancel all delayed pre-orders at any point in time.

RXNICOTINE will make every effort to ship your available preorder inventory as close to the estimated shipment date as possible.

RXNICOTINE will provide updates via email as soon as possible regarding your pre-order status. If we are ultimately unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be automatically processed.

Customer Responsibilities

When placing a pre-order, you will be required to provide information such as your address and billing information.

You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the email provided during checkout is valid and checked regularly for communications regarding pre-order updates and potential delays (including email spam folders). RXNICOTINE shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes undated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. Changes to pre-order terms

RXNICOTINE reserves the right to update or modify these PreOrder Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on RXNICOTINE.com, and continued use of the site or participation in a pre-order after the changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

RXNICOTINE is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from delays in shipment. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
