Refunds are available only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Because RXNICOTINE pre-orders are made to order, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been placed or shipped.

Returns, Refunds, Replacements & Exchanges
• Returns for refunds/store credit/exchanges are offered only within 30 days of your delivery date.
• All return items must be unused, unopened, and complete with original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not refund original shipping & handling, shipping protection, or transaction fees. These costs will be deducted from any approved refund or credit.
• Once the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
• Please ensure return items are packaged securely and sent with a trackable, insured shipping service. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
• Refunds are processed in USD back to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days after approval for funds to appear on your statement.
• Refunds may only be issued once per order.

Damaged or Defective Orders
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or defective:
• Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at 📧 support@rxnicotine.com with your order number and photos or videos of the issue.
• RXNICOTINE may require return of the damaged items before issuing a replacement or refund.
• We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

Restocking Fee
RXNICOTINE reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on returned items, equal to the greater of $3.00 per unit OR 20% of the item’s MSRP.
